5 Tbsp. agar flakes
1/3 cup nutritional yeast flakes
1/2 cup macadamia nuts
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. tahini
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. turmeric

Transfer the finished mixture to the cooking-spray-coated glass bowl and store it in the refrigerator, uncovered, for up to 5 days.

Vegan cheese can be used to make grilled cheese sandwiches or vegan pizza.
Optionally, fresh ground pepper can be added.
When following a dairy-free diet, you can substitute Sheese, soy cheese, or even nut-based cheeses.
